Ran 4 miles on the treadmill before work. Ran the first 3/4 of each mile at a 9:30 pace and the last 1/4 of each mile @ an 8:57. Finished in 37:25 Avg pace 9:22. After work I picked the kids up from their running club and took them to play at the aquatics center while I swam laps in the pool. Felt good. Tired now time for bed :)
