Ran 6 miles on the trail with Colleen. COLD. About 21 degrees but the wind chill made it feel like your face was going to fall off. Starting running south but the trail was closed so had to turn around and go north ( uggghhh more hills that way). Felt ok Avg pace 9:01 for 1st 3 miles after turning around must have picked up the pace. Avg pace when finished 8:57. Finished in 53:45.
