Hiked up Handies Peak in the San Juan's with Little Roo, his first 14-er and then ran down stopping only 1 zillion times for wildflower photos. Started at 5:15am and made it to the summit from American Basin in less than 2 hours. The flowers and clouds and crazy lighting was awesome! Didn't feel the elevation much which is awesome.
Have fallen a bit behind, but I need to start getting serious here if I'm going to run a little race in September...
Eearly morning Old Red Pine Loop to the Crest and then down Little Water. Saw a gigantic bull moose in the field that I always think would make a nice place for a moose.
