AM1: Sugar House Relays! A warm up lap around a TRACK followed by 3 laps which I guess is 1200 something (photo below says all) followed by 4 laps around super fast (for me) with super fast people.
AM2: Had to get the track dust off my trail shoes so I headed up Millcreek for 3 mile hike/run on the Pipeline Trail. 12.6 RUNNING miles for the week holy crap!
Which one is not like the other?
