2 x 15 minutes of RUNNING! Ran from me casa to Virgina Street and back. Never realized how uphill 2nd Ave is - ughhh running is hard. This week's goal is to get rid of the walk breaks. They are my total crutch now, but they have been helpful in making sure that I am not overdoing anything.
