2 x 15 minutes of RUNNING!

Ran from me casa to Virgina Street and back. Never realized how uphill 2nd Ave is - ughhh running is hard. This week's goal is to get rid of the walk breaks. They are my total crutch now, but they have been helpful in making sure that I am not overdoing anything. 

Ha ha I am on the first page of the "Mileage Board" page. I love Sundays!!!

Glad you are getting out and feeling strong. Guess I missed you out at the race, glad it was a good time and thanks for helping out. Were you at White Rock? Some of the O-town running buddies were helping out there too.
