Several hours on my feet today at work so pretty crampy (3-4 range) tonight. Making some progress with the one crutch, but still feels a little too early to be weaning.
AM: Hip flexor stretch, hip circles, scissors, and splits with spider band, 3-way hip, and glute squeezes.
PM: 10 minutes bike, level 1. Hip flexor stretch, hip circles, scissors, and splits with spider band, 3-way hip, and glute squeezes.
