Hip very achy and tight today after the big 2 minute run yesterday. Hurts to walk :( I remember this from last time so hopefully this is normal. I hoped the stationary bike would get the funk out, but no luck so now I will try pizza.

Pizza works. We find nachos effective as well.

How is your hip? Hope it is getting better!

We are driving to Minnesota/Wisconsin and back next month. Any beer requests?

I appreciated your comment about the spoiled millennials. Of course I know that the older generation has always grumbled about "kids these days!"

I wonder if their concerns are ever valid though? I run into a lot of very bright former students who are really struggling to find a place. I chalk it up to several factors - mostly adapting to our changing economy. That and a failure, despite being smart and accomplished, to cultivate a real passion that guides them.

Not most of the twenty-somethings I know on this blog though. They almost all seem to be thoroughly grounded, focused, and determined.
