30 minutes on the bike, 5 on the elliptical, and then dinked around in the pool. This is the most my PT will let me do right now. The hip is feeling good so it is getting hard to resist the urge to push it.
Elliptical Miles: 0.50

I wonder if "dinking" around in the pool is like one of andrea's pool workouts? playing w/ noodles, inflatables, etc :-)

Yeah I pretty much just float around on a noodle and pretend I am in Mexico.

Let me know if you want to pool run with me sometime this week..I'm taking a week off from running and would love company to prevent me from drowning due to boredom.
