Tooled around the Ave's on my bike after spending a good hour trying to change my back tire. Cannot wait to start bike maintenance school next week at the Bike Collective! I am terrible at fixing things...

*I just downgraded my short term running goal from "running a fall marathon" to "being able to run again." Baby steps.

Lulu, I've never read your blog before today and just read through the past few months. Argh - what a pain (pun intended). I'm pulling for you and I can tell by your posts that you're tough mentally, physically, and emotionally, and you're going to make it through this. It sounds incredibly difficult but you are strong. Thanks for letting all of us share in your journey to recovery.

same questions as above...how are things?

i once spent 45 minutes in a wal-mart parking lot trying to fix the back tire on my bike. it was impossible. :)

hope things are going better for you. i know it takes a ton of patience, but hang in there. you will run again!

Have been avoiding the blogging because I don't have any real good news and I am kind of a downer :) Thanks for the kind thoughts though. I added a new post detailing my regression...
