AM: Morning hip. The lovely snow makes up for the super bad hip day. I don't know if it is the delayed effect of the Spin class on Tuesday, all the squats in PT yesterday, or the weather, but I kind of want to rip my leg off. Achy throbbing pain in the glutes and groin plus super tight hamstring and quad equals grrrrrrr. AM2: 15 easy minutes on the bike to try and get the funk out. Kinda worked maybe. PM: 30 easy minutes bike and evening PT.
