went outside and ran today! Ran down the dog pound road, pass Costco and Pine View High, then looped back down telegraph. Finished 6 at First Stop, so I got a drink, and had a leisurely walk home! It was nice to get outside. Hope I can do the 10k this weekend in under 1:10:00 is my goal.
