AM- weights+ 15 felt considerably more difficult than yesterday's morning run, I need to get my form to do something cause it's relly strugglin
PM- 45 + striders we went under the new underpass through Middleton then all the way back to sandburgs, then back to the high school. It was quite the loop, my legs were tired but I think it was mostly my mind. I ate some crackers right before practice today n it helped a bit with the stomach aches. I just need to eat more all the time. So goals for this month: eat more & also be less vocal to others when I'm annoyed with them
