AM- 20 to arctic circle. It was cold but I felt pretty good. & did not get hit by a car despite my abandonment of a light colored shirt
PM- 12x400s @ critical velocity + 5 min tempo before & 4 striders afterward. I felt really good during the workout but after each interval I just felt really nauseous & after the 400s I thought I might throw up. So that's it. I'm actually going to become serious about drinking water & eating healthier, I know that's my problem because when I do drink water I have a much more successful workout/run. Someone hold me to this
