AM- weights then 15 minutes. Almost got hit by a car cause the guy wasn't paying attention smh
PM- 20 min warm, then 20 tempo, then like 15(?) cool. It was so cold & rainy & I was like ew I don't wanna do this. Then we started & it wasn't as bad as expected, I was planning on going 15 again but decided to stay in for the next 5. Overall a pretty good solid workout, it feels like Friday.
