my first 10 miles ever was not horrible. I was planning on just going 7. (well technically I was not planning on coming today but apparently JP was planning for me.) on my tempo I started off good with Mia and Ali and I tried to keep pushing by probably about half way through I started to fall back. I finished not where I was supposed to be but a ton of negative things were going through my head so how am I supposed to do good when that's happening. I need to work on thinking good thoughts even when it gets really hard. I was also not feeling so fab today. but overall I think it was an okay first 10 miler..
