Slow mile, fast mile, recovery mile. Coach wanted us to run a mile then beat our time on our second mile (almost like mile repeats but wayyyy less intense) the only requirement was we had to beat our time, so we took the first mile nice & slow. Kam & jaycie made me run in back cause I kept pushing the pace on accident. Then the second mile felt really good & fast. Then the third mile me & kam just ran around campus to add a little. Then we went & lifted.
