Running class & coach didn't show up again hahaha so me kam & savanna went & ran around town then came back & did lunges & backwards lunges around the track. Then we went into the weight room & did arms today, which was hard. I came home afterwards & did 5 minutes core (2 min plank, 30 sec sit ups, 30 sec side to sides, 30 sec side plank (both sides), 1 min plank). I've gotten into that habit of doing it after I either run or lift & it realllllly tests me cause my core is weak af. Then I had a protein shake. Best day
