Work til 11:30 then I knew I had to get out on a run even though I reallllly didn't want to because it was so hot. Same loop. This one was my fastest one & the goal was to start out slower, gradually work my way to a decent pace then keep that pace the entire run rather than slowing down at the end. I worked on my form a lot & I think that helped sooo much. Completely awful while I was doing it, but I'm glad I ran.
