AM- 20 minutes. I felt really good and me josie and Roberts ran in front of everybody cause they wanted to go slow. Gained a lot of insight
PM- 50 minutes. I was gonna go 45 but I suck at math n ended up turning when everybody else did. It was good for me. I've been getting weird stomach aches while I run & I think it's cause I don't eat enough. I need to get on top of that
