Long run. 70 minutes.
I was notttttt feeling good at the beginning of this run, my shins were in 1 tight knot. I wasn't fatigued or anything just my legs weren't having it. I turned around at 25 minutes & thought maybe I'd stop & roll out then add some on after I was less tight, but at around 40-45 minutes they finally started loosening up a bit so I just added on from there up DI & around the school a couple times. I was alone for most the run so I thought a lot a lot a lot which is not good for me. After I rolled out with Josie's roller that she kindly offered to let me borrow
