Tempo! On the warm up I knew this was gonna be a tough one. My whole body was just exhausted, I've lost a lot of sleep the past little while through sickness. But I was ready to give what I had. We started out & I was doing fine, tired but fine. I figured I might get into the same way I did last week after 15 minutes, but at 15 minutes I was actually falling off the pack. At 19 minutes I said that if I could work my way back up to the pack over the course of the next minute, I could stop. So I did & stopped. Then I just did laps around the track while they finished. This was a super tough mental workout, but I'm proud of how much I was able to stay in there, considering the circumstances. 7/10 !!!!Also prom's tomorrow & its gonna be legendary ahhh
