20 min warm then tempo!!!! Going into it I felt fine but the first 10-15 minutes were rough. I wanted to drop out at 15, but I kept telling myself "you have to at least make it to 20 cause good grief alli" then when we got to 20 I was feeling A LOT better & decided to push it to 25, then at 25 I was still talking with the team & I was like alright alright alright if you can talk you have to keep running. So I ended with the team at 28 minutes. Overall it was a good good tempo that was a good confidence builder/mental battle. 9/10 would recommend
