15 min warm, then 3(60 sec) @ 7 min pace, 3(60 sec) @ 6:40 pace, 5(60 sec) @ 6:20 pace, 3(60) @ 6:40 & 3(60) @ 7. This workout isn't too bad, especially now that I'm starting to get back in shape, but it definitely pushes me mentally. Which is good, I need a good push every once in a while.
