Did mile warm up and 4x400's on the track. My hip was hurting all the time. The doctor said not to do anything that huts it but lots of things hurt it so I just did it anyway. But it started hurting a lot worse during the 400's so I only did 4. My times were 1:38, 1:30, 1:22, 1:20. Started out reeeeally slow but we got better and picked it up. Not my fastest or best 400 workout but it will still good. And then cut my cool down short.
Did 3 in the afternoon with a small group. It was fun but I hurt the whole time so I'm gonna stick to one run til it feels better
