Today was really fun :) had a good 1.5 mile warm up then did 6 minutes hard. I feel like I could've gotten better, I am just never good at these kind of tests. I always think too much prolly. Because I don't think I should be up with liz and megan cuz they are in better shape than me so I don't really try to. But then by the end I wasn't as worn out as I prolly should've been. But it's ok, got a 1320 so not too bad :) |
