Run today was great! :) today I get a gold star I decided.

I think running club wore me out more than my actual run! Man that missionary tag stuff was intense. Haha Sabrina likes to tell me all she learns about people after running club. This week she told me that "A lot of the boys wear really short shorts. I noticed that today. Some of your friends too! They are really short" ......she's good at this

Short shorts ate KEY to running success! More important than sleep, hydration, nutrition, training, etc. What I say is true.

That should prolly be our little mini lesson next week for running club. Obviously it's important and they don't understand.

I taught my boys about the importance, i'd be happy to teach a short short seminar!
