I was so tired today, which is always great for workouts. Which was 30/30 workout today, it was pretty tough. Did 25 reps of 110 meters. That recovery stuff really works its magic, of actually making this workout tough. Ran with Kaelie G which is really good because I'm able to push myself to do a lot more with her around and keep me on pace. Did 1 mile warm-up and prolly about 3/4 mile cool down. |
