Got back from camping this morning and went on a run. I was nervous it was gonna be really hot but it wasn't too bad actually it felt pretty nice. I like running by myself cuz then I can go whatever pace I want. But then it's hard because I'm always in a constant battle with myself of stopping to walk or not running that last block to house. But I was able to push past it today and had a good run

Each time you push past it, you get stronger - mentally and physically. Glad you got a run in. Good week. You really are starting to get into decent shape. Excited to see how you do this season.
