Pm: old man hills 2x800's. It's true what they say, bad days make for great workouts! I wasn't feeling too good either but the 800's felt good. The second one was nice cuz I got distracted by the cute doggy most of the time so I didn't think about the pain a much so as soon as I started focusing back I could just push it up the rest of the way.
