AM: easy 3! Was feeling really tired this morning so on our way back liz and I just took it easy. And it was so fun. That's the most conversation we've had during a morning run put together! It was awesome, I like Liz

PM: 1/1s today with 1.5 warm with 1 mile cool. Did 12 today. Which is improvement cuz I only did 10 last week. It felt really good today. I ran with Kaelie, Nicole, Maskerem and Lacey. Lacey is doing flipping awesome. She kept up with us the whole time, just stopped a few reps before us. But during the workout I would be a little behind during the 1 minute on but I was hitting my cones good, and then my recoveries were a little faster then the other girls. So it all evened out. Felt good on it today :)
