I plan on going to state this year in track. Hopefully in the 800 or the mile.

Personal:

I played apples to apples one time and won the cards fabulous and awesome. In the same round! If that doesn't just sum me up I don't know what does :)

AM: 5 miles this morning down into hell's hole. Did 5x10 sec bounders and 5x10 sec hill bursts. It was fun! I liked doing it, I actually like hills if they don't go forever. And we got to work on going speedy and that's my favorite :) Run back was pretty nice, except that dumb road back to the elementary school (past the cemetary) sucks. I don't know why, its not steep or long or anything, I just hate it. But other than that, todays run was really good :)

 PM: 3 miles this afternoon. Oh my goodness it felt so awesome! Why can it not feel like this all the time? Ran with liz, amber, taylor b. and dani. It was a really nice easy run. Then did weights after
