615am- 30 easy. felt good. found out that im not in the 4x800 anymore 3pm- pre race 4 miles. We did pre run yoga for the first time in a while. I usually hate yoga in coach's room but it felt super good after, i really needed it. We ran green springs but didnt turn up by the church.
