615am- Good morning run. Connor Arnell was there cuz stopping in stg on his way to arcadia so he ran with us. We had a decent turnout for a morning run. It was nice, we ran a bit quicker than usual.
3pm- After the early out today I went home, ate hot dogs and watched House md. Its a pretty good show. Then went to practice and did a good workout. It was 800-1000 at goal 1600 pace followed by full recov and 3 sets of 3-4 400s at various paces. Me and preston hit the first 1000 right on. The first set was cheese, second set I did 3 and it was getting hard. Last set I hit all 4 at goal 1600 pace and it was freakin tough. Nothing more satisfying than jello legs after a sweet workout tho.
