| | Early morning long run. Parkway loop. I felt pretty good running but up the hill before maverick kinda killed me...haha other than that it was pretty wonderful! 70 minutes
Afternoon: BEST RUN EVER!!! we had a 20-minute easy run and we did half of it on the road and half on the grass. the sprinklers were on and it felt so great. we were laughing and having a great time. best run. i love running and overall it was a great day. 20 minutes

Afternoon workout 2x2000, 4x200 at snow canyon. ehh it was alright. the first one was much better than the second one. i was still relatively close to the girls on the first one. hanging onto the pack. the second one i kinda got distracted and started dragging a bit. so it wasnt super. i think it was a good push and i am working my way back to the pack :) 200 were great felt nice to run very fast. 65 minutes

Afternoon workout (4x800 and 4x200) man this was the best workout of my life. i felt so wonderful! on the first three i was rockin and killing my times (and i was with the pack!!!) the last one everyone kinda took off. i was still going strong so there is nothing to be bumped about. it was simply so wonderful i have never felt better. i know i can run with the girls and i am thankful for them and the inspirations they are to me. 65 minutes

| | Run up in Cedar before the college race. me, jos, jac, jess, ry, ell, and car all went up and did a fab run. it was so much fun. we had a great time laughing and making formations and so many things. i dont think i have ever laughed so hard. oh and the race was cool to watch as well :) 55 minutes
