I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

TODAY WAS MY LONGEST RUN EVER!!!! I went with my dad and scott at 5 cause I have drivers ed this week. We were crusing! But is was good. We ran back and went with my mom and Selma to get some more minutes. My dad did 1, 1, 2, 1, 2 pickups ups with me. We finished by doing Atkins loop and running home. It was a wonderful run although it was a little faster than usual :) we averaged a 8:30 pace and went two minutes over but it was overall a great run! (ps I'm gonna miss being at practice this week)

Today was great. I went for a 20 minute warm-up and then did grass and striders at the elementary. It was great but I miss being to practice :( but running is still running and running is the best!!!

I went by myself today. It was nice to kinda just relax and think. It's not often that we get a chance to relax in our crazy world and in our lives. I didn't go super fast but kept it just under 9 minute pace. It's what I needed for my tired legs.

Man today was rough. I went on a tempo with my dad at the dirt mile. It is really hard to keep a solid tempo by yourself. The first few laps were about a 7:45ish pace and then I brought the last lap down to a 7:10ish pace. Felt pretty great! Kinda tired :) wish I was running with the team. Shoutout to coach holt cause I saw him and he is good at whistling.

Today was alright. I went with my dad and scott at 5. We ran up majestic view for some hills. It was a nice run just super early! Striders felt great!

Today was pretty good.  I went with my mom and selma cause we had a family reunion so i couldnt make it to the one with the team at 9.  My legs were pretty tired and it has been a solid week.  Feeling great!
