First "workout" of the year!!! We did tempo up at the dirt mile. I did 20 min. Started pretty strong and with the pack. Fell off though due to loosing focus. It's like for one second I forget to push and then I'm gapped really far. But I cut the corner to get with the girls and made a really strong push to stay with them for the last 5 min. I totally did. Couldn't have ended a workout in a better way. Really solid group. This year is gonna be so fun :) 60 min |
