Morning run with weights. weights are wonderful they make me feel real strong and a little sore... Tempo in the afternoon. I truly love tempos. I feel like I can just go. I like to run on the back of the pack cause I learn to stay on the back and push with the team. It wasn't easy I still had to work to stay with the team but I pushed and ran a solid 25 min one. also our pack is becoming very more solid |
