6min test today!!! kinda just went into it not really know what was gonna happen ;) started and kinda got in the middle of two groups by the first lap. Pushed with ry and was trying to get ell. She really helped me keep pushing. It was a good place to gauge what type of shape I'm in. It's a good place to start working :) I'm ready to run fast Finished with 3 striders and a few minutes of jogging |
