tempo today :) super super good. we started with some team visualization led by Colton, that was really good. we did tempo at the dirt mile. we had such a solid pack of girls. It was so good to have pyper, Alli, and Sarah up pushing with us saw a lot of strong efforts. It was also nice to have some of the guys running with us. It made our pack a lot stronger. Coach Holt also shared lots of wisdom that was super helpful. I was digging for like the first 15 min then I started to struggle. I told myself that I could stop at 20 if I stayed with the pack. totally wish I didn't cause I totally set a limit on myself. Got to 20 and stopped but I wish that I kept going.
