Nice run this morning. The shin is still giving me a lot of pain. Had a workout in the morning. Honestly the weather was perfect. We did 2x200, 400, 800, 400, 200. My first set was really rough. I was letting the pain get in my head. But the second set I refocused and decided that I need to work on the end of my workouts. My second half was much more successful and I was able to stay with the pack a lot better. I worked on doing my best during every interval. Always being aggressive. Love running.
Afternoon short run. Also went to the chiropractor. He did these weird needle acupuncture things they felt really weird but he said that it should really help so let's keep our fingers crossed :) |
