Personal:

I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

Finally went running again! My leg actually felt pretty good it seemed pretty much back to normal. I have missed running a lot. It makes me really happy! Can't wait to back with the team. This season is going to be so much fun. Also I can't believe it's summer! Running is the greatest and I'm glad I'm running again.

I like that easy mileage. Keep it real easy and work into it on that leg. And Roll and stretch like crazy to keep the calves and hammies loose as you work back into it.

Yay! Addi's back. Relax and enjoy some light running. Like coach said, now's the time to develop some habits to help maintain a strong body.
