Raced the 3200 at Dixie. Overall really happy with it. Not a pr or even a season best. But something about this 3200 felt different. My first mile was pretty solid. My second half was a lot rougher but I could tell that I was in it. I could tell that I was fighting. I could push I wasnt crawling in the last lap. In fact my last lap was pretty strong! Even with the time not quite where i want it it is a step in the right direction :)
