am-good run by myself (with the team I just couldn't run with them...I probably could've but I was super tired and my shin hurt) plyos were good and so was yoga pm-cedar race. so many different feelings and thoughts about my race today. I honestly felt good today. My legs physically hurt pretty bad. My thigh was on fire but I was able to push when it hurt. I was passing people and that made me happy. That's always a good feeling. Caught 3 girls before the end coach. Not the cedar girl though ;( she had one killer kick. Wanting to be running faster. One of my most sincere desires. 20+50 |
