I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.

Mile: 4:40
5k: 16 min (track or honest course)

Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.

Eventually run a marathon.

Jogged along Highland Drive then over to Holladay Blvd. and back home. Was happy to have the day off!
Was in the high 40s during my lunch trot. Great running weather. 4 miles
Night run, dusted off the garmin and did 4 more miles. 6:32 average pace
Another warm day. I saw a shirtless runner, pretty crazy for December 30th.
5 easy miles, keeping the runs relatively short still.
Night trot 5k loop, wanted to repeat the loop but thought better of it. Must be patient and let my foot fully heal.
Ran with my little bro.
He was pushing the pace but I had to drop him at the end cause that's what big brothers do when they can.
