Another warm day. I saw a shirtless runner, pretty crazy for December 30th.
5 easy miles, keeping the runs relatively short still.
Night trot 5k loop, wanted to repeat the loop but thought better of it. Must be patient and let my foot fully heal.

I'm thinking I gotta pull the shirt off for at least a mile tomorrow, just so I can say I did it.

Pretty sure it was a guy. The polygamist midwife that I saw jogging topless was wearing running sleeves.
I guess some guys just can't handle themselves when there is bare arm flesh on display.
