I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.

5k: 16 min (track or honest course)

Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.

Eventually run a marathon.

Nice morning for a fartlek. Cold but sunny weather.
Did 2 total miles of faster paced running at 5:15 average.
Cold and windy, ran after work. Felt lethargic before the run but much better after.
Averaged 6:30 for the run.
Ran after work, it was dark by the time I finished. Got some good hills in today.
Was happy with today's effort. This is what I'd guess my marathon pace would be.
56:14 total time, 6:15 average.
6 easy miles on a cold but sunny lunchtime outing.
Kept it at 7 min pace today.
Spent my day moving boxes. My work is moving offices so today I got some good cross training in. Went for a jog afterwards to finish the workout.
Finished moving work stuff this morning. Ran in the afternoon rain. I feel a nap coming on.
