Slept in again, I stay up too late. Got my run in on my lunch break again.

Had planned on keeping it around 7 min pace but my legs wanted to go today.

Turned in to a bit of a progression run. 6:27 average, 51:37 total time

Let it go, brother. Got to love that speed. 8 Miles at a sub-2:50 Marathon Pace...I like it, I like it a lot.

AC - that's a nice session: you've dropped in some decent miles and picked the pace up without wrecking yourself. Those 8 milers are on the button. Just watch you don't crank up the miles too quickly. I've gotta say, I like how you put those efforts in at the end of your runs, which surely leave you feeling good and up for the next session.

Isn't it nice that you can run in the middle of the day?

I've got a pretty chill work schedule which is nice. Thanks to all for the encouragement!

progression run = awesome

(they've probably historically been my favorite workout for general use...)
