Got an early start today.
Did 5.1 miles just under 7 min pace.
Finished with a course just under 2.4 miles (12:50) back home. This is a good course with a solid hill about halfway through and a downhill finish. The net uphill and downhill nullify each other. I'm going to run this hard every couple of weeks to track progress.
My little bro is in town and did a crossfit workout with me after the run. Lots of squats and some hard bike intervals. |
