Felt lots better today.  Progressively picked up the pace on this run.  Easy miles at about 6:45, marathon at 6:15 and threshold at 5:25.

Need to take a cue from Bam and improve my diet, well minus the McDonald's.

Nice progression there, Mr ACorn.

I can't wait to shed this weight so I can stop eating all this tasteless yuk that I keep pretending is scrummy; never let yourself end up in the condition I'm in. It's a nightmare sorting your eating habits out once you become a bloater.

I agree, let's not get ridiculous. McD has to stay.
